South Mill Arts Announces the Retirement of Operations Director Paula Holland and the Appointment of Giles Gear as Successor.
After a distinguished 19-year career, Paula Holland, Operations Director of South Mill Arts, will be retiring from her post on 30th April 2025. Paula’s leadership has played a pivotal role in navigating the Trust through many challenges and successes, leaving a legacy that will ensure the continued success of South Mill Arts.
Following Paula’s decision to retire, the South Mill Arts Trust is very pleased to announce the appointment of Giles Gear as the new Operations Director. Giles, a local resident, brings with him a wide range of experience in the arts sector, having previously enjoyed roles as Director of Live Events and Tours, Production Manager of his own events company, and Programme Manager for three national radio stations. Giles is currently the Head of Entertainment, Lifestyle, and Sports Podcasts for a national newspaper.
