Project Description


Yogalates with Rachel, is a fun and uplifting practice that fuses the body and core, strengthening and stabilising element of Pilates with the powerful and energising practice of Yoga. Working on flexibility,  breath work and relaxation are also a big part of the practice.

Yogalates with Rachel is amazing for the body, mind and soul. Classes are for all and for all levels. You are guaranteed to leave each week with a sense of pride and a smile on your face!

Classes are booked in 6 week blocks costing £60.
