Flex and Tone ( Thorley U3a)

The class is a combination of balance, strength and cardiovascular exercise incorporating elements from Pilates, dance and Yoga. It is uplifting and fun, set to great music and best of all can be adapted to suit everyone! It is 90% standing and the final 10% is on the floor, but if you can’t get on the floor this section can also be adapted.
