((BOUNCE)) – Trampoline Fitness

Resistance based fitness classes. All ages and fitness levels welcome. Focusing on making fitness FUN • FRIENDLY • FIERCE •

((BOUNCE)) & BLAST
Our original trampoline based cardio workout, where the trampoline aids our workout by removing 87% of impact on the joints compared to jumping on the floor. It’s seriously fun, whilst being effective, and addictive! We encourage you to work at your level, by simply increasing/decreasing the jump whenever you want to adjust the level. You won’t be able to get through class without smiling!

BLAST is slightly different as it’s a 45 minute class, rather than an hour. The breaks are slightly shorter and we have optional light hand weights available to use to focus more on toning the upper body.

These classes are child friendly.
