We had a great time on saturday when we were visited by the Hatfield Regis Local History Society.  Due to the numbers, we split the party into two smaller groups and ran two guided tours at once, one on the first floor and one on the second, and then swapped over. This was the first time that we had tried to do tours in this way and found it to be a really effective way of hosting a larger group and is definitely something we will repeat in the future.

After the tours members of the group stayed on and after a quick stop to refuel with coffee and cake in the Maltings bar, went back to the museum to continue their visit at a more leisurely pace.    We would like to thank the society members for their generous donation which is very much appreciated.
