Young Curator Freya Curates an Exhibition in the ArtSpace!
On 25th July 2024, we took a group of our young curators and museum volunteers on a trip to HALS (Hertfordshire Archives and Local Studies) in Hertford. The group conducted some of their own research into the newspaper archives, discovering articles from the month and year of their birth. Our Young Curators and volunteers have put together an exhibition which showcases local history over a series of years through the lens of various newspaper articles.
Notably this exhibition is the product of Young Curator Freya’s hard work. Freya volunteered with the museum team over several weeks to compile the information and curate this display. We would like to thank Freya for her excellent work and her dedication to the project.
