Happy World Book Day!
To celebrate, we’re happy to announce the Lil Mill Library & the Lil Mill Book Club.
Love reading? Browse our selection of books, and if one takes your fancy, feel free to take one and donate one in its place.

Want to further share your love for reading with others? Introducing the Lil Mill Book Club!
The Lil Mill Book Club will meet in the Theatre Lounge at South Mill Arts every two months at 6pm on the first Wednesday of the month starting on Wednesday 6th May and we’d love for you to join us there – just look for the Lil Mill Library sign.
For each meeting we will have a main title book but, if you don’t fancy that, we will also have three other recommendations for you, so you can pick and choose what suits your reading best. Try something new, or challenge yourself to read all four!
We’ll even have a monthly recommendation for our littlest Lil Mill Book Club readers to read at home!
Our books to discuss in May are…
Main Title: Wuthering Heights by Emily Brontë
Alternative Titles:
- H is for Hawk by Helen MacDonald
- Hamnet by Maggie O’Farrell
- Circe by Madeleine Miller
And for our littlest readers: The Very Hungry Caterpillar by Eric Carle
We look forward to seeing you at our first meeting in May. If you are planning to come along please let us know by booking below here: Lil Mill Book Club
