Slower pace but high energy dance class that includes cardio, balance and stretching. This class is fun; friendly with enjoyable dance routines such as Tango, Flamenco,Cha Cha Cha, Mambo, Belly Dancing and much more! Lots of laughs guaranteed – keep your body and your mind active!

Standing Pilates & Stretch, Fridays 10-11am

A dynamic class focusing on core stability, balance, strength and flexibility. This class is standing only with variations of floor exercises. Standing Pilates delivers functional exercises for daily life.
